- The rental of the house is € 250 per week based on a stay of two adults.
- Each additional person of 12 years and older will have to pay an amount of € 25.00 per week.
- Children under 12 years are free of charge.
- For servicecosts, including final inspection, internet, water, energy, sheets, etc. anamount of € 30 .- will be charged per stay.
- During the school holidays there is an extra holiday charge of € 30 .- per week .

To keep the cost of the rent as low as possible we do not charge for cleaning. We expect you to leave the house as you have found it: tidy and clean.

Payment terms:
Within 7 days after receiving our confirmation of your reservation you will pay 25% of the total rent. Upon receipt of your payment, your reservation will be definite. 30 days before your arrival the remaining charges should be paid.

Cancellation Fee:
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival a fee will be charged of 35% of the total price. .
Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival 90%, then 100%.

We advise you to take out a cancellation policy (insurance). Upon receipt of your reservation form, this means that you have accepted the terms and conditions.
